Dean R. Adams, M.D., FACS, earned his medical degree from the University of Alabama School of Medicine in Birmingham, AL. He completed a residency in general surgery at Providence Hospital in Southfield, MI, and concluded his fellowship in colon and rectal surgery at Creighton University Hospital in Omaha, NE. Dr. Adams is American Board certified in both general and colon and rectal surgery.
Dr. Adams is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and is experienced in minimally invasive surgery, including laparoscopic and robotic-assisted surgery, transanal minimally invasive surgery (TAMIS) and diagnostic and therapeutic colonoscopy.
