Kleinert Institute for Hand and Microsurgery in Louisville, Kentucky, where he learned the most up-to-date surgical techniques for the treatment of fractures, arthritis, tendonitis, ligament injuries and nerve compression, as well as microsurgery of the nerves and vessels.
